Services
Filos Health Laboratory Inc.:

  • Provides free aids and services to help individuals with disabilities communicate effectively, including:

    • Qualified sign language interpreters
    • Written materials in accessible formats, such as large print, audio, or electronic formats
  • Offers free language services for individuals whose primary language is not English, including:

    • Access to qualified interpreters
    • Written information in various languages

If you require any of these services, please inform our staff when visiting a Patient Service Center or one of our other locations.
